Located in the heart of North Shore Auckland, I am Helen Amrein, a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 14 yrs specializing in Eating Disorders both in Australia and NZ and over 20 yrs working with children, adolescents and adults with mental health struggles.

I also work as a specialist eating disorder clinician in public health.

Every day, I work alongside the diverse communities of New Zealand, understanding that eating disorders affect people from all walks of life, all cultures, all communities.
